Service Design Workshop – Dare to Care

Today Polifactory hosted a Service Design Workshop titled Dare to Care, with the participation of Sanofi Genzyme. The goal was to introduce the service design approach by applying it to the topic of patient waiting room.

During the workshop the various stages and tools of service design have been experimented to generate service ideas that can improve the patients experience.
