Ph.D Student (34° cycle) in Design with interdisciplinary scholarship on Smart Cities awarded by Politecnico di Milano, involving two PhD Programmes (“Design” and “Urban Planning, Design and Policy”). In 2015 he discussed his MA thesis on “Design Innovation and Data Visualization for participation in policymaking”. Since 2016 he’s been collaborator and research fellow for Design Department at Politecnico di Milano, working as part of the Design Policy Lab and Polifactory. His research inquiries the potential role of design as driver for innovating the policy-making cycle on city scale. In particular, how design can be used in conjunction with technologies and techniques for data processing and interpretation (e.g.: data visualization).
